NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION GOOGLE, SNAPCHAT, YOUTUBE OR FACEBOOK FROM META (“SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM(S)”).
The “Project Build Giveaway #27” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the contiguous United States of America (“USA”) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and applicable state law.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by MotionAuto LLC, PO Box 9236, Pueblo, CO 81008 (the “Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the contiguous USA (excluding AK and HI) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state at the time of entry.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. MST on March 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MST on March 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device.
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Online – Entrants making purchases at www.motionautotv.com or https://motionautoperformance.com will receive one (1) entry for every one (1) whole dollar spent (pre-tax, excluding shipping and discounts).
Bonus Entry Periods may apply as announced by Sponsor.
2. Mail-In Entry – Hand-print full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3”x5” card and mail in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2026 and received by April 5, 2026.
Each valid mail-in entry equals five hundred (500) entries.
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION:
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator on or about April 6, 2026.
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
GRAND PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize is available.
The Winner will receive a 2002 Lexus IS300.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000 USD.
The Winner may elect to receive $5,000 USD in cash in lieu of the vehicle.
Prize is awarded “AS IS.”
Winner is responsible for title, registration, taxes, insurance, transportation, and all other associated costs.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
Winner must sign and return required Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued.
DISPUTES:
Governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved individually and exclusively in Colorado courts.
