I Mistakenly Ordered the Wrong Size
I realized I had ordered the wrong size shirt a couple days after placing my order. I reached out to see if it could be corrected. Unfortunately the order had just shipped. The shipping department shipped out the correct size and got me a return shipping label for the wrong size shirt. (small fee for return shipping). The shipping team was super helpful and responsive.

Still haven’t received my order
I ordered this November 21st. It’s now January 6th. Tracking number says label created December 29th and that’s the last update. Doesn’t say it’s been shipped or anything
