VIP Members Sweepstakes #6 — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

The VIP Members Sweepstakes #6 (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia). It will be construed and evaluated under U.S. law. Do not enter if you are not a U.S. resident or are otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by MotionAuto LLC, PO Box 9236, Pueblo, CO 81008 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry (the “Entrants”).

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. MST on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MST on October 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s database/computer is the official time-keeping device.

HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) methods of entry:

1) VIP MEMBERSHIP ENTRY

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who maintain an active MotionAuto VIP Membership at motionautotv.com are automatically entered.

Each $1 spent on membership equals one (1) entry multiplied by the corresponding membership tier multiplier:

Members may hold multiple active memberships if desired.

Each membership is a recurring monthly charge that renews automatically until canceled. Members may cancel anytime, 24/7, through their VIP account portal on motionautotv.com. Cancellation stops future entries after the effective cancellation date.

2) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY / ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

To enter without a VIP membership or purchase, hand-print on a 3" × 5" card:

Full name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP, phone number, email address, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY).

Include the following statement:

“I certify that I am at least 18 years old, a legal U.S. resident, and I agree to the Official Rules of the VIP Members Sweepstakes #6.”

On the same card, hand-write a 25–50 word statement answering:

“What would you do with or how would you enjoy the prize if you won?”

Sign and date the card. Place it in a #10 envelope with first-class postage and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be handwritten by the Entrant, postmarked no later than October 31, 2026, and received no later than November 5, 2026.

Limit one (1) mailed entry per person per Sweepstakes Period and one (1) per outer envelope.

Bulk, automated, third-party submissions, photocopies, metered mail, and illegible, incomplete, or late entries are void. Mailed entries will not be acknowledged or returned and will be processed manually.

AMOE ENTRY WEIGHTING FOR PARITY

Each valid AMOE entry will receive one hundred (100) entries, equivalent to the entries associated with a $10 Bronze VIP Membership during one monthly billing period (10X × $10 = 100 entries).

AMOE statements are for eligibility purposes only and will not be judged.

ENTRIES / PRIVACY

All entries become Sponsor’s property. By entering, Entrants consent to Sponsor’s use of their personal information to administer the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

FRAUD / ABUSE / INTEGRITY

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is strictly prohibited, including fake accounts, stolen payment methods, chargebacks intended to obtain or retain entries improperly, automated or bulk mail-ins, or attempts to tamper with the entry system, drawing, or odds.

Sponsor may disqualify an Entrant, ban them from current or future promotions, and pursue available legal remedies.

Any attempt to damage Sponsor’s websites or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies.

PRIZES

A total of five (5) winners will each receive:

$1,000 cash

Each individual prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $1,000.

Total ARV of all prizes: $5,000.

Cash prizes will be issued electronically through a payment method designated by Sponsor, which may include PayPal, Venmo, ACH, or another mutually acceptable method.

Limit one (1) prize per person/household during this Sweepstakes.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Each Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the prize. Winners may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and may receive applicable tax documentation as required by law.

DRAWING / ODDS / NOTIFICATION

On or about November 6, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received to select five (5) potential winners.

Each eligible entry has an equal opportunity to be selected in accordance with the drawing procedure. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Once an Entrant has been selected and confirmed as a Winner, that Entrant will not be eligible to receive another prize in this Sweepstakes.

Potential Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the information associated with their entry.

If a potential Winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is found ineligible, or fails to complete any required documentation, including an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release if requested, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner may be selected.

All five potential Winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before being confirmed as Winners.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes from among eligible entries received before the affected date using a method Sponsor determines to be fair and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules.

Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the applicable VIP Membership will be deemed the Entrant.

RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a prize, including technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, printing or administrative errors, or injury or damage to persons or property.

In no event shall Sponsor be liable for attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

For New Jersey residents, nothing herein shall bar recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute.

PUBLICITY

Where permitted by law, each Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation or approval.

GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.

Entrants agree that:

(i) disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class actions;

(ii) exclusive venue shall be in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Colorado;

(iii) recovery shall be limited to Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket costs of entering, if any, and in no event shall Entrant be entitled to attorneys’ fees or punitive, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages; and

(iv) equitable or injunctive relief is waived to the extent permitted by law.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed as though the invalid or unenforceable provision had been omitted.
