Light came empty
Hi Damsley, we’re sorry for the confusion. As clearly stated in the product description, the lighter is shipped empty because USPS regulations restrict the mailing of lighters full of flammable lighter fuel. For that reason, we are legally unable to ship it pre-filled. The lighter must be filled by the customer after delivery before it can be used. This is a shipping-safety requirement, not a missing or defective product.
