VIP Members MAP Shopping Spree Giveaway #4 — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

The VIP Members MAP Shopping Spree Giveaway #4 (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia). It will be construed and evaluated under U.S. law. Do not enter if you are not a U.S. resident or are otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by MotionAuto LLC, PO Box 9236, Pueblo, CO 81008 (the “Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry (the “Entrants”).
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By entering, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. MST on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MST on April 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s database/computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry:
1) VIP MEMBERSHIP ENTRY
During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who maintain an active MotionAuto VIP Membership at:
are automatically entered.
Each $1 spent on membership equals one (1) entry multiplied by the corresponding membership tier multiplier:
Bronze VIP — $10/month
10X entries (10 entries per $1)
Silver VIP — $20/month
20X entries (20 entries per $1)
Gold VIP — $50/month
50X entries (50 entries per $1)
Members may hold multiple active memberships if desired.
Each membership is a recurring monthly charge that renews automatically until canceled. Members may cancel anytime through their VIP account portal at:
Cancellation stops future entries after the effective cancellation date.
2) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY / ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
To enter without a VIP membership or purchase, hand-print on a 3" × 5" card:
- Full name
- Complete street address (no P.O. boxes)
- City, State, ZIP
- Phone number
- Email address
- Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
Include the statement:
“I certify that I am at least 18 years old, a legal U.S. resident, and I agree to the Official Rules of the VIP Members MAP Shopping Spree Giveaway #4.”
On the same card, hand-write a 25–50 word statement answering:
“What would you do with or how would you enjoy the prize if you won?”
Sign and date the card.
Place the card inside a #10 envelope with first-class postage and mail to:

Mail-in entries must:
- Be handwritten by the Entrant
- Be postmarked no later than April 30, 2026
- Be received no later than May 5, 2026
Limit one (1) mailed entry per person per Sweepstakes Period and one (1) per outer envelope.
Bulk, automated, photocopied, metered mail, illegible, incomplete, or late entries are void.
Mailed entries will not be acknowledged or returned and will be processed manually.
AMOE Entry Weighting for Parity
Each valid AMOE entry will receive one hundred (100) entries, equivalent to the entries associated with a $10 Bronze VIP membership during one monthly billing period
(10× multiplier × $10 = 100 entries).
AMOE statements are for eligibility only and will not be judged.
ENTRIES / PRIVACY
All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your personal information to administer the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

FRAUD / ABUSE / INTEGRITY
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Fake accounts
- Stolen payment methods
- Chargebacks used to harvest entries
- Automated or bulk mail-in entries
- Attempts to tamper with entry systems or odds
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entrants, ban them from future promotions, and pursue legal remedies.
PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive their choice of:

OR
$2,500 cash, issued electronically (PayPal, Venmo, or ACH).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner is responsible for any taxes or fees.
If required by law, Winner must complete an IRS Form W-9 and may receive a Form 1099 for the prize value.
DRAWING / ODDS / NOTIFICATION
On or about May 6, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential Winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the information provided during entry.
If the potential Winner:
- Does not respond within seven (7) days
- Is found ineligible
- Fails to complete required documents
the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes.
Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these rules shall not constitute a waiver.
If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used will be deemed the Entrant.
RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Technical errors
- Unauthorized human intervention
- Printing or administrative errors
- Lost or delayed entries
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so certain provisions may not apply.
PUBLICITY
Where permitted by law, the Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES
All issues concerning the construction and interpretation of these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Entrants agree that:
- Disputes will be resolved individually
- No class actions
- Venue will be Colorado courts
- Recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
