The VIP Members MAP Shopping Spree Giveaway #2 (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia). It will be construed and evaluated under U.S. law. Do not enter if you are not a U.S. resident or are otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by MotionAuto LLC, PO Box 9236, Pueblo, CO 81008 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families/households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Begins 12:00:01 a.m. MST on October 1, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. MST on October 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s database/computer is the official time-keeping device.

HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) methods of entry:

1) VIP MEMBERSHIP ENTRY

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who maintain an active MotionAuto VIP Membership at https://motionautotv.com are automatically entered.
Each $1 spent on membership equals one (1) entry multiplied by the corresponding membership tier multiplier:

  • Bronze VIP — $10/month = 10X entries (10 entries per $1)

  • Silver VIP — $20/month = 20X entries (20 entries per $1)

  • Gold VIP — $50/month = 50X entries (50 entries per $1)

Members may hold multiple active memberships if desired. Each membership is a recurring monthly charge that renews automatically until canceled. Members may cancel anytime, 24/7, through their VIP account portal on https://motionautotv.com. Cancellation stops future entries after the effective cancellation date.

2) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY / ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

To enter without a VIP membership or purchase, hand-print on a 3" x 5" card: your full name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP, phone, email, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), and the statement:

“I certify that I am at least 18 years old, a legal U.S. resident, and I agree to the Official Rules of the VIP Members MAP Shopping Spree Giveaway #2.”

On the same card, hand-write a 25–50 word statement answering:
“What would you do with or how would you enjoy the prize if you won?”
Sign and date the card. Place it in a #10 envelope with first-class postage and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be handwritten by the Entrant, postmarked no later than October 31, 2025, and received no later than November 5, 2025. Limit one (1) mailed entry per person per Sweepstakes Period and one (1) per outer envelope. Bulk/automated/third-party submissions; photocopies; metered mail; and illegible, incomplete, or late entries are void. Mailed entries will not be acknowledged or returned and will be processed manually.

AMOE Entry Weighting for Parity: Each valid AMOE entry will receive one hundred (100) entries, equivalent to the entries associated with a $10 Bronze VIP membership during one monthly billing period (10× × $10 = 100). AMOE statements are for eligibility only and will not be judged.

Entries / Privacy: All entries become Sponsor’s property. By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your personal information to administer the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (see https://motionautotv.com/policies/privacy-policy).

FRAUD / ABUSE / INTEGRITY

Any fraudulent or suspicious activity is strictly prohibited (e.g., fake accounts, stolen payment methods, chargebacks to harvest entries, automated/bulk mail-ins, or any attempt to tamper with the entry systems or odds). Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant and ban them from current/future promotions, and may pursue legal remedies.
CAUTION: Any attempt to damage Sponsor’s sites or undermine legitimate operation is a violation of criminal and civil laws; Sponsor reserves all rights.

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive their choice of:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000.
Prize is non-transferable; no substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for any taxes/fees. If required by law, Winner must complete an IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV.

DRAWING / ODDS / NOTIFICATION

On or about November 6, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the information on file.
If the potential Winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is found ineligible, or fails to complete required documents (e.g., Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release, if requested) within the stated time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any part) if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, and award the prize using a method that is fair and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email used will be deemed the Entrant.

RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or causes of action arising out of participation or prize receipt/use, including but not limited to: technical errors; unauthorized human intervention; printing/administrative errors; or injury or damage to persons/property.
In no event shall Sponsor be liable for attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages (some states do not allow certain limitations; provisions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law). For NJ residents: nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute.

PUBLICITY

Where permitted by law, Winner grants Sponsor the right to use Winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and statements for advertising and publicity, without additional compensation or approval.

GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES

All issues/questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights/obligations of Entrants and Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Entrants agree that:
(i) all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class actions;
(ii) exclusive venue shall be in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Colorado;
(iii) recovery is limited to Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket costs of entering (if any), and in no event attorneys’ fees or punitive/indirect/special damages; and
(iv) equitable/injunctive relief is waived to the extent permitted by law.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and be construed as if the invalid provision were omitted.
