Trouble connecting your Discord?
Most of the time it's one of these four things. Work down the list.
1. You weren't logged in with your membership email
Your Discord role is matched to your MotionAutoTV account. Log in with the exact email address on your VIP membership, then start again. Log in here.
2. You just signed up
It can take a few minutes for a brand new membership to register on your account. Wait five minutes and try the connect link again. If your role still hasn't shown up, it gets applied automatically overnight.
3. You didn't finish the Discord screen
When Discord asks for permission, you have to click Authorize. That screen lists "Join servers for you" - that's the permission that puts you in the server. If you closed the window or hit Cancel, nothing was saved.
4. You're in the server but have no role
Run the connect link again. It is safe to do as many times as you need.
